Welcome to Sadri Coaching and Consulting
My Story
My work as a coach, facilitator, and leadership partner is shaped by more than two decades of experience supporting people through growth, change, and transition.
I began my professional life in the business and marketing world, working in fast-paced, performance -driven environments. While that work built my understanding of strategy, communication, and results, I felt called toward more human-centered work. That pull led me into education—a field where I spent over 20 years working alongside students, educators, leaders, and teams in roles that spanned classrooms, leadership, and organizational development.
Across my career, a common thread has remained constant: a deep belief in people’s capacity to grow when they feel seen, supported, and challenged with care.
I have spent much of my professional life designing learning experiences, developing leaders, coaching individuals and teams, and guiding organizations through moments of complexity and change. I have supported people in a wide range of professions and industries—from education and healthcare to nonprofit, entrepreneurial, and corporate work—each with unique demands, cultures, and pressures, yet remarkably similar human needs.
My Approach
My approach is grounded in relationship and trust. I listen deeply. I ask purposeful questions. I help people slow down enough to notice what matters—and brave enough to move forward with intention.
Coaching, for me, is both a practice and a philosophy. It reflects how I lead, how I partner, and how I show up. I believe meaningful growth happens when reflection and action work together—when clarity leads to confidence, and insight leads to aligned next steps.
I draw on my background in leadership development, organizational culture, adult learning, and leadership and performance coaching. I also draw on lived experience: navigating transitions, holding responsibility, leading through uncertainty, and continually learning what it means to grow with integrity.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to empower, inspire, support, and serve—helping people reconnect with their strengths, expand their perspective, and move forward in ways that feel both grounded and aspirational.
How I Work With Clients
My coaching is grounded in a strengths-based approach and a deep belief in people’s capacity to grow.
Real change begins within, but clarity is often strengthened through partnership. Coaching offers space for reflection, insight, and forward movement, supported by an outside perspective that helps illuminate what’s already present.
We begin by exploring where you are right now: what feels clear, what feels uncertain, and what matters most. From there, we clarify what you want to move toward—whether that’s greater confidence, leadership effectiveness, alignment, or purpose.
Together, we design a coaching partnership that supports your goals and honors your values. Through reflection, inquiry, and intentional action, coaching helps build awareness, expand possibility, and create momentum toward lasting growth and impact.
Coaching helps bring clarity to what already exists within you—and creates the conditions for meaningful, sustainable growth.
What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a thought-provoking partnership focused on growth, clarity, and forward movement.
Unlike advising or consulting, coaching is not about giving answers or prescribing solutions. Instead, it is a collaborative process that honors you as whole, capable, and resourceful. You bring what feels important or unresolved, and together we explore it—building awareness, clarifying goals, and identifying meaningful next steps aligned with your values.
Leadership coaching is future-focused and aimed at achieving professional goals. It supports performance, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness by helping you think more clearly, act more intentionally, and lead from your strengths.
A coach listens deeply, asks powerful questions, and creates space for reflection—often helping uncover insights that were already present, but not yet visible. Coaching is about ownership, agency, and growth. It is about learning to trust yourself more fully and act with greater confidence and purpose.
Coaching is not therapy, and it does not focus on diagnosing or healing the past. Instead, it meets you where you are and supports where you want to go—professionally and personally.
Whether you are navigating a transition, stepping into greater responsibility, seeking clarity, or wanting to lead with more intention, coaching offers a structured, supportive space to think, reflect, and move forward.
If you’re curious about whether coaching is the right fit, I welcome a conversation.
